1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before confirmation or dispatch.
Once an order is confirmed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders for live fishes, aquatic plants, or animals cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
2. No Refund Policy (Live Items)
Live fishes, aquatic plants, and animals are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
This is due to the sensitive nature of live aquatic life and handling conditions beyond our control.
3. Refund Policy (Non-Live Items)
Accessories, tanks, equipment, feeds, and other non-live items are non-refundable once sold.
Please verify the product details before confirming your purchase.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery or purchase.
Manufacturing defects (if any) in electrical items are covered only under manufacturer warranty.
We do not provide direct refunds for defective items; warranty claims must be raised with the manufacturer.
5. Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for delivery delays.
6. Order Rejection
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
Stock unavailability
Pricing errors
Incorrect customer information
Technical issues
In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded through the original payment method.
7. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
