Shipping outside Bangalore may be available on request and confirmation.

4. Live Fish & Aquatic Plants Delivery
Live fishes and aquatic plants are packed with utmost care.
However, delivery of live items is done at customer’s risk.
We are not responsible for fish loss, stress, or health issues after delivery due to environmental or handling factors.
5. Non-Live Items Delivery
Accessories, tanks, equipment, and other non-live items will be safely packed for delivery.
Customers are advised to check packages at the time of delivery.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Customers must be available at the provided delivery address during the scheduled delivery time.
In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.
7. Damaged Products
Any visible damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.
Claims reported after delivery acceptance may not be considered.
